Event Details

We share the planet with animals, but seldom see them in urban settings.  Discover their world in this hands-on program about Wisconsin’s fur bearing mammals and Indigenous understandings!

Hear Indigenous stories and perspectives about our big and small paw relatives.  See examples of these animals.  Touch their fur and get a sense of their shape, size, and characteristics.  What can we learn from these animals?

Presented by Marin (Mark) Denning, enrolled member of Oneida Nation of Wisconsin and UW-Milwaukee Adjunct Lecturer.

This program is for all audiences.
