Due to the Balloon Glow event, there will be no access to Quay Street, the exterior book drop, and the library parking lot all day on Friday, August 15. The Library will still be open our normal hours until 6PM.

Manitowoc Public Library and Lakeshore's United Visionaries will take a closer look at the subject in a lively virtual community conversation, taking place at 6 PM on Thursday, December 1.
