Program Description

Event Details

Join us for an evening of movement and fun with Lauren Philippsen, Waves Yoga family instructor. This beginner-friendly class will introduce yoga through a series of games, breathing techniques and imaginative activities. Kids will especially love the partner poses! Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel and dress in comfortable clothing that you can move in.
