Have overdue fines on your card? We're offering an opportunity to "Read Down Fines" between February 14 through February 20 in the Franklin Street Room at Manitowoc Public Library!

How does it work?

  • For every hour spent reading in the Franklin Street Room, earn $1 off your overdue fines.*
  • Check-in and check-out at the main Service Desk each time you come in to read.

*Hours read can only be applied to late charges (no lost/damaged materials, or referral charges).
