Have you always wanted to write but can’t find the right time to start? How does September 1 sound? That’s when the September Writing Challenge kicks off at Manitowoc Public Library for teens and adults.

Pick up your handy tracking calendar from the front desk starting August 18, and then write every day for the month of September! Jump start your writing habit, discover your poetic side, or finally put all those family recipes in a notebook. All writing counts and all writing will be rewarded.

Turn in your completed calendar to the front desk after September 30 for a prize. A grand prize will be awarded to the writer with the most words!
