Event Details

It’s time to Paint the Library red, white, and blue for the 4th of July parade! NEW this year: online registration! Register online starting June 15 to paint a window. On June 29, check-in and grab paint from tables on either Franklin or 8th street. Windows are first-come, first-served to registered participants (no reserving specific windows ahead of time). Please register for ONE window spot per painter. Any windows not claimed by 2:15 will be given away. Parents must accompany children under the age of 8 at all times.

Not able to join on the day of? Stop by the Youth department for a poster to take home and decorate starting June 13! Posters should be returned by July 1 in order to be hung in the Quay street windows for the parade!

In case of inclement weather, this program will be canceled.
