Chef Andrew Dunbar of Ryan’s on York fame will guide folks 18-years old and older through a culinary journey sure to tantalize the taste buds. “Taste” will feature a step-by-step instructional for preparing an autumnal gnocchi with a luscious goat cheese sauce. Additionally, the evening will include an herb intensive, focusing on how easy it is to shift a flavor profile by switching up herbs.
All this savory wizardry will take place on Thursday, November 3, from 6-7:30 PM in MPL’s Balkansky Community Room. Registration opens at 9 AM on Thursday, October 20.
