Delayed Opening on March 17

Manitowoc Public Library will open at noon on Tuesday, March 17, to allow time for snow removal and clean up of our parking lot, sidewalks, entrances, and drive thru. Thank you for your patience as we get our building and grounds safe for everyone!

Learn about the 4 H’s of the program: Head, Heart, Hands, and Health. Participants will also make a clover hat and a 4-H clover craft.
