Purpose of Meeting
The mission of the Lakeshore Memory Cafe is to provide a comfortable and non-judgmental environment in which persons with dementia, their families and their caregivers can interact and enjoy the company of others experiencing similar challenges. It provides an opportunity to learn, laugh and socialize with one another, whether it is in a small or large group setting. Activities offered at the monthly gatherings include exercise, discussions, creative projects, games, music, dancing and guest speakers. This program will be held the first Wednesday each month.
