The Manitowoc County Genealogical Society will be in the Manitowoc Collection every Tuesday from 3-5PM to help people with their genealogy research.

While having fun Trunk or Treating, head over to the Teen Hangout on MPL's first floor between 5:30 and 6:45 pm on October 21nd to sign up for the 2025 Spooktacular Costume Contest.

Come spooky. Come silly. Just come! Families will love our safe, fun and FREE trick-or-treating event which showcases local businesses and organizations. Dress in costume and share in the festivities the week before Halloween.
