For the last several years, Manitowoc Public Library has been pleased to offer Virtual Library Cards to bridge the digital divide and connect students with educational resources. As community needs have evolved since the inception of Virtual Library Cards, the Library is exploring other ways to more effectively reduce barriers to student access. Moving forward, Virtual Library Cards will no longer exist in their current format.
